Information you give us

When you use the quote request form, call us or email us, you may give us your name, business name, phone number, email address, the suite size and timing you are interested in, and anything you write in your message. We use this information to answer your request, discuss leasing, arrange tours and keep records of our conversations with you.

The quote form on this site prepares an email in your own email app, which you then choose to send to us. If we later replace it with a form that submits directly to the website, the same information will be used for the same purposes.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our web host receives standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.

With your consent only, we may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics does not load until you allow it in our cookie settings, and we use Google Consent Mode so that, without consent, Google is told not to store analytics or advertising cookies.

We do not store your IP address itself. These records are not used for marketing, are not shared except as required by law, and are deleted automatically after 3 years. If you contact us with your consent ID, we can look up or delete the matching records.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of marketing cookies.

Third-party services

• Google Fonts, used to display the site's typefaces, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
• Google Maps, embedded on our Location page and linked for directions. Google may collect information when you view or use the map, under Google's own privacy policy.
• Facebook: our footer links to our Facebook page, and the home page can show recent posts from it. We copy the post text and photos to this website, so viewing them does not connect your browser to Facebook. If you follow a link to Facebook, Meta's own privacy policy applies there.
• The tenant portal linked from our Pay rent page is a separate service with its own terms and privacy practices. Card and bank payments are processed by our payment provider, not stored on this website.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our leasing business, when required by law, or to protect our rights.

Keeping and protecting information

We keep information only as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No website or transmission is completely secure.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have given us by contacting us below. We will respond as required by applicable law.
