Tenants sign in to the portal to see their lease, balance and payment history, and to pay by bank transfer (ACH) or card through our secure Stripe checkout. Zelle and check are also accepted; details are in the portal.

  • Due on the 1st, 5-day grace period
  • ACH is free to you; card payments add a 3% processing fee
